How to Submit a Grievance

Grievance Redressal Process

  • Investigation: Our Grievance Redressal Officer will investigate your grievance and gather relevant information.
  • Resolution: We will strive to resolve your grievance within 15 working days and communicate the outcome to you.
  • Follow-up: If necessary, we will follow up with you to ensure that the resolution is satisfactory.
